You know, the measures RockStar used to prevent/screw with piracy in GTAIV were pretty ingenious when you think about it. The "Shaky Camera" is merely the effect of being Drunk in-game; Cars randomly accelerating/turning, ect, are all mechanics that were already in the game.

I'm surprised they even stuck adaptive sync options in this. What's a real bugbear is they've still not fixed a bunch of legacy issues long since worked around. Edit: Just as an addition, not received the update yet, I heard they're fixing some other issues it's caused when they went live. Maybe they'll fix this, but I wouldn't hold your breath!

I am using one texture pack, "Better City Textures", but I think this only affects the environments. It isn't the framerate, as this stays put while the shaking happens. I'm on Windows 10.
